Campus Missionary In Training (CMIT) / Intern - CMIT internships put you in the middle of campus, shoulder to shoulder with proven Chi Alpha leaders. You will experience evangelism, small groups, preaching, prayer, character development, and much more. Individuals should have earned a degree.
Missionary Associate / Staff - "There are many parts, but one body." Serving under a Campus Pastor can make both of you more effective in ministry than either of you could be separately. The Associate position is a longer-term commitment than an Internship. Examples of roles include: Associate Pastor, Administrator, International Student Pastor, Dorm Pastor, Men's/Women's Pastor, etc. Associates should have gained experience as a CMIT.
Campus Missionary - If God has gifted you to lead and called you to pastor on a college campus, we have opportunities for you! Whether you take charge of an existing Chi Alpha group that needs a pastor, or are gifted to meet the unique challenges of pioneering on a new campus we're ready to launch you into your calling. Campus Missionaries are required to have completed a CMIT program and must raise their own support.
