A lot of people are dedicated to serving college students in the U.S. and around the world. The staff in the national office, pastors on campus every day, interns making preparations to be campus pastors, missionary associates who work long hours helping make things happen, and people who simply volunteer their time week in and week out... we're all on the same team working to "transform the university, the marketplace and the world."

Group Charter and Leader Affiliation
What is chartering and why should you do it?
The primary leader of a Chi Alpha chapter is responsible to renew their ministry's charter each year. Chartering demonstrates that you are accountable to a national campus ministry movement and entitles you to use the name "Chi Alpha." This association with Chi Alpha affirms your agreement with our vision, mission, financial responsibility guidlines and theology as well as your commitment to creating a community of worship, prayer, fellowship, discipleship and mission in the campus environment where students congregate, live and study.
Benefits of chartering:
- Special grants for evangelism
- Discounted materials
- Promotional and resource tools
- Official group recognition on the national web site
- Missions projects for you and your students to participate in

What is leader affiliation and why should you do it?
Every leader involved with Chi Alpha is expected to affiliate each year. By affiliating you are submitting to authority under God within the framework of Chi Alpha and the Assemblies of God. It is a personal alignment with Chi Alpha's vision, doctrine and practices.
Benefits of affiliation:
- Connectivity with leaders who share common vision and ministry
- Access to leadership resources at the district, area and national level
- Scholarships for training and quality training events
- Advocacy on your behalf
- Digital and written communication from national leadership
